5 Tips on How to Grow Taller

To help you maximize the potential of your height gain efforts, we’ve collected some simple tips for you that can make your life a bit easier trying to grow taller. Try to incorporate these at least to some level in your everyday life, and you should see a noticeable improvement in your body physique!

1) Start early – even though you can grow taller later on in your life, it’s best to start as early as possible, as this will maximize your potential gains. If you manage to start your height gain routines even before you’ve left puberty – you’ll have a winning advantage on your hands, as you’ll be able to truly get the most out of your body’s structure.

2) Sleep well – you need to get a good REM sleep every night if you want your body to truly relax and build up. There are many factors that can contribute to a healthy sleep – start from your environment. Make sure your bed sheets and pajamas are always clean and fresh, sleep in a well-ventilated (yet warm) environment, and try to go to the bathroom before bed to prevent any urges during the night.

3) Eat well – stay well-stocked on proteins and phosphorus, those are the “building blocks” of your bones. If you don’t get enough of them, your bones will never grow to their full potential and you’ll be having a lot of trouble growing in height.

4) Look taller – if you can’t quite make it to the height you desire, there’s still a few things you can do to give an impression of being taller than you actually are. There are some special shoes on the market aimed at increasing your height – some models can even add up to 10 cm to yours – and we’re talking non-heel shoes here. They most often feature thick soles for this purpose.

For women, it’s obvious – wear high heels. Wearing clothes with vertical stripes can also help, and likewise horizontal stripes can be detrimental as they tend to make you look fat and short.

5) Keep track of your progress – nothing is more stimulating than seeing the results of your efforts written black on white. Thus, make a progress chart and be dedicated to filling it – track your growth over weeks, months, etc – then, when you’re feeling down, just take a glance at your chart and see how much you’ve achieved – this will give you a huge psychological boost!
